Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. You can choose a temporary break (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or longer) or request permanent account closure. Temporary exclusions deactivate your account for the chosen period. Permanent exclusion closes the account — any PKR balance is processed through a standard withdrawal before closure is finalised.
